Richard and Wendy Grosso grew up in a family of medical providers demonstrating the impact of caring for others. As 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation healthcare facilitators, a passion for care is in their DNA.
They hold those values firmly to create trusting, lasting, and healing relationships with patients who require the most attention.

Our mission is rooted in our values. We genuinely care about the impact of our work. That is why Your Doctor in Touch aims to provide the following:
• A team approach to chronic care management that allows the doctor to maintain control over establishing a healthcare plan while we provide the follow-through required to see it succeed.
• Clear and streamlined communication between all parties utilizing the existing EMR software, monthly check-ins with the physician, and caller ID connections to further identify as an extension of the practice.
• Medicare’s MIPS program causes approximately 50% of all physician practices to be penalized financially by Medicare each year. We work to be a well-organized chronic care management program that will earn the MIPS points needed to be in the 50% of physician practices that receive a Positive Financial Incentive year after year.
• The care of our patients is the priority. Providing quality, coordinated, effective care leads to better outcomes for the physicians and life-saving measures for them. Our team is here to support them and see them heal.
